Honest and lawful use

Use UniConnect honestly, safely, and respectfully. Listings, routes, profiles, offers, messages, and reviews must be accurate and must not facilitate illegal goods, regulated goods, fraud, stolen or counterfeit property, manipulated ratings, impersonation, or infringement of another person's rights.

Respect and privacy

Harassment, discrimination, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, doxxing, stalking, spam, and attempts to evade a block are prohibited. Do not publish private contact details or pressure another user to move a transaction or ride payment off platform.

Ride conduct

Drivers and riders must follow applicable law, use seat belts, avoid impairment, honor vehicle capacity, and never request undisclosed side payments or tips. A shared-expense ride must remain the driver's independently planned trip and cannot be operated for profit through UniConnect.

Student service conduct

Prohibited services include academic cheating or work submitted as another person's own, unsafe or illegal work, sexual services, regulated professional work without legally required authorization, controlled-goods delivery, credential theft, and other services barred by the Service Provider Rules. Tutoring and general educational help must preserve academic integrity. Providers must describe their skills and qualifications truthfully, and no user may move a service payment off platform to evade safeguards or fees.

Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected fraud, unsafe conduct, or rule violations promptly. UniConnect may remove content, restrict features, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users. Platform moderation does not replace emergency services or law enforcement; contact the appropriate emergency service when immediate danger exists.
